Challenge was to develop the internal work flow and project process for the Marketing Communications team. I lead a team of representatives from each team to analyze and develop our workflow process. 
Once developed, I worked with the team to implement the process by conducting informational and training sessions for existing and new employees.
Audience: 
Internal Marketing Team, Creative, Operations, External Vendors and Partners
Role:
Partnership with the operations team
Research and creation of creative workflow that works within the requirements of the Marketing department established processes
Presentation and training for existing and new employees on an ongoing basis
