To comply with the paperless by 2025 initiative, the marketing team was looking to take the welcome kit, consisting of over 10 touchpoints, and reduce the amount of mailings that a new member receives when they sign up for a plan.
The creative team was challenged to rethink the content and the ways were are communicating with our members.
